What brought me here?

I took the scenic route to design — starting in music and live production, followed by a gap year that unintentionally consumed the better part of my 20s. And after an array of unlikely jobs and more than a few circuits around the world, I've developed a varied and unique skill set.

Good design disappears into experience.

Finding my place

I enrolled in a course in graphic design, drawn in by the way visuals could tell a story and shape perception. But the more I learned, the more I became interested in the human side of design—how people interact with what’s in front of them, why certain choices just feel right, and how good design disappears into experience.
That led me to switch program to study Interaction Design at George Brown College, where I dove deeper into UX, research, and digital strategy.
Since then, I’ve been working full time as a freelancer, with a little help from Skillshare and an endless amount of YouTube tutorials, to grow into a fully independent designer. Now, I deliver custom Webflow sites and also work on contract as a UX designer for a B2B audit and accounting software company.
