Finding my place
Creating what excites me
I enrolled in a course in graphic design, drawn in by the way visuals could tell a story and shape perception. But the more I learned, the more I became interested in the human side of design—how people interact with what’s in front of them, why certain choices just feel right, and how good design disappears into experience.
That led me to switch program to study Interaction Design at George Brown College, where I dove deeper into UX, research, and digital strategy.
Since then, I’ve spent the past year freelancing, with a little help from Skillshare and an endless amount of YouTube tutorials, to grow into an independent designer. Now, I deliver custom Webflow sites and also work on contract as a UX designer for a B2B audit and accounting software company.
